The Bluebird Organization was created in loving memory of Founder, Tatiana's grandmother Annette DeLavallade to raise funds and offer scholarship & grant opportunities for college-bound students and small businesses in New York State. The foundation celebrates, supports, and equips scholars and our community with tangible resources to aid their academic and professional journeys. 

At our annual event, we honor scholarship recipients as well as those who pour into our community unconditionally. It's a time we come together and celebrate our excellence with good music, good food, and good people. 

Mission & Vision

The Bluebird Organization’s mission is to provide tangible and monetary resources for scholars and members of our business community that experience financial barriers. We envision a community that recognizes the importance of accessible resources to align those in our community with the necessary tools that may otherwise not be obtainable due to a lack of support and awareness. 

The Bluebird Organization is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing vital resources such as small business start-up assistance, youth scholarships, financial literacy education, and community engagement initiatives to underserved and underrepresented communities. Our goal is to equip individuals and families in these communities with the skills and tools necessary to take control of their economic futures. Through our program offerings, we strive to not only provide immediate relief but also long-term sustainability. We believe everyone should have access to opportunities for success. By working with allies in both the public and private sectors, we are committed to helping disadvantaged individuals and communities reach their full potential. 

The Bluebird Organization provides an array of programs and services such as mentorship opportunities, educational workshops, job placement initiatives, financial coaching, business development assistance, volunteer opportunities, and much more. 

We strive to be the bridge between underserved communities and the resources they may not know exist or have access to. Giving back is at the core of all we do. We partner with local organizations in order to maximize our impact. Our goal is to create long-term solutions that allow individuals and families to achieve self-sufficiency and financial independence over time regardless of where they come from or their socioeconomic status.

With our assistance, we’ve seen countless individuals increase their earning capacity and live better lives for themselves and future generations.
