NO REFUNDS POLICY
All sales are final. No refunds will be given for any booth space or other services purchased for this event. This policy applies to all vendors, including food vendors, retail vendors, and service providers.
There are a few exceptions to this policy. Refunds may be given for booth space or services that are defective or that do not meet the vendor's expectations. Refunds may also be given for booth space or services that are purchased in error.
To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase. We will review your request and will notify you of our decision within 10 business days.
If your request is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
We appreciate your understanding of our no-refund policy. We believe that this policy is fair to both the vendor and the event organizer.
